"I got my Auro Insurance with State Farm after speaking with Lexi Weaver from your agency. I had some problems with several companies because they tried to overload me and sell me everything. It wasn't until I spoke with Lexi Weaver and explained what I was looking for that I finally got good, Affordable Auto insurance. She was so nice and she took the time I needed so I would completely understand the policy and made it a very pleasant affordable purchase for me. I am happy to encourage people to purchase insurance from Lexi Weaver and State Farm Insurance. I would have given her and your agency 10 stars but you didn't offer it I'm a very happy customer Thanks Janet Ebert"

"Can’t say enough about Todd’s team - I primarily work Sherrie and she is fantastic! The entire group has awesome communication. I especially appreciate the extra effort to text me reminders when I forget to submit my milage to the drive safe app, or when I need to update any information. Separately, I had to submit a claim for my roof due to hail damage. I have been working with Andre and he has been so great! Super responsive and amazing communication. I can’t say good enough things about the entire State Farm group!"

"Todd is over the top nice and helpful when getting you to sign up or add any insurance. But when you are in a situation where you have to use your insurance he is not helpful at all. He and the State Farm team changed claim approvals after work started did not notify me on declining 70% of a claim, all after work already started, lied about details from repair companies, a direct quote from their own claims department was “State Farm doesn’t care about fixing this issue, if you want anything to happen you need to get a 3rd party involved” I would highly recommend any over agent, and any other company for insurance. If you have any doubt about my claims in this post just do some searching about State Farm not paying out claims. Todd handled all of this by saying “his office is just caught in the middle” and did not do anything to help navigate at all. His response is also dishonest. They did not ever communicate any changes to the claim, the repair shop is the one who notified us State Farm was changing what they would cover. Todd himself was dishonest, as well as their claims department."

"Terrible customer service over the phone. They called twice and didn’t leave a voicemail. That is unprofessional in my opinion. When I called back after 3 attempts the person on the phone was very unpleasant."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service over the phone is horrible. Tracy was her name and is rude and unprofessional. I had to file a formal complaint with Statefarm regarding the level of disrespect I received."
